Condition: Good. Scattered rust and wear throughout barrel, especially at the muzzle. Noticeable ding to left side of barrel, 5-inches from the end. Receiver has wear at the high spots, along with scratches from use. Wood also containing scattered wear from use. Optics are clear. Action is good. Bore is bright.

David Mamet's Notes: I loved this rifle and used to break up an afternoon of pretending to write by shooting silhouettes with it behind my cabin. It is a great, though cheap and an old scope.

We had a wonderful time in New York during the October 2013 Historical Manuscripts auction that featured my mother’s papers collected during her tenure as Martin Luther King, Jr.’s secretary. In fact, the entire experience from beginning to end has been a pleasure.
