    German F. Krug Percussion Cape Gun.
    Serial no. 714, .40-110 Winchester and 16-gauge calibers, 28-inch barrels with fixed front and rear sights. Damascus and blued finish. Top of barrel marked: F. KRUG IN HALBERSTADT. Elaborately engraved scroll, floral and game scenes. Checkered walnut straight stock and splinter fore-end. Partial horn triggerguard. Sling swivels. Scroll engraved metal buttplate numbered 1714. Sold along with C-H Tool .40-110 Winchester 3 die set in black plastic case, 8 .40-110 cartridges and 7 .40-110 shell casings.

    Condition: Very good. Finish primarily a grey age patina with signs of wear and patches of pitting. Wood showing minor scuffs and dings. Action crisp. Strong bores.
