    Colt Model 1855 Half Stock Revolving Rifle. Serial no. 3074, .44 caliber, 24-inch round barrel with fixed front blade sight and folding rear sight. Blued finish. Colt address faint. Checkered walnut straight stock and smooth fore-end. Crescent metal buttplate. Ramrod. Property from the Estate of John R. Eckel, Sr.

    Condition: Good to very good. Finish primarily a plum grey patina with noticeable wear and pitting. Wood showing scuffs, dings and bruising. Two repairs to right side of stock. Action good.
