    Serial no. 3043. 12 gauge/6.5 mm caliber. 26 ¾-inch barrels with matted flat rib with dove tail. Spear front sight and standing rear with single leaf. Telescopic sight claw mounts. Engraved push-forward underlever triggerplate action. Front set trigger. Non-automatic safety. Cocking indicators. Cartridge magazine on comb. Game scene design with fox and roe deer and floral designs. Finely checkered pistolgrip stock of well- figured walnut with horn grip cap. Cheekpiece. Later rubber recoil pad. Finely checkered fore-end. Data: Bore: 0.724 inches. Proof: German Nitro, 13/1, 6.3 mm, 1.8 Gg.b.p./St.m.G. Pull: 14 ½ inches.
    Condition: Excellent, as partially redone. Barrel shows 96-98% bluing. Excellent bright bore. Barrel shows two slight bulges. Action and triggerguard show a gray patina. Recoated stock shows a few nicks and scratches. Fore-end shows an area of poorly recut checkering.
