Description
Warranted Full-Stock Flintlock Plains Rifle.Unserialized, approximately .36 caliber, 36-inch octagonal barrel with fixed front and rear sights. Light scroll engraved lock marked: WARRANTED. Smooth hardwood stock and forearm. Brass end cap, triggerguard and buttplate. Lightly engraved hinged patchbox to right side of stock. Oval silver escutcheon to top of wrist. Wood ramrod.

Condition: Very good. Finish primarily a dark grey patina with scattered areas of handling wear, age and pitting. Warranted is very faint on lock. Dings and scuffs present to wood. Action functions. Moderately pitted bore.
