Gun is housed in original plain pine 3 compartment dovetailed brass hinged box which contains the following; two steel wad cutters; two fine brass false muzzles in excellent condition; nipple wrench; nipple wrench / screw driver marked "Bayliss" and brass wood handled bullet mold missing its sprue cutter.
Morgan James is probably the single most iconic name there is in the production of exquisitely crafted, heavy barrel, and superbly accurate, target rifles. Although this particular example was doubtless created strictly for target use, many Confederates were brought to ground by Federal snipers armed with scoped rifles made by James, with the ownership of a rifle by a sniper bearing the Morgan James name setting him apart as being among the elite. An absolutely magnificent American rifle.

The pre and post sales experience was wonderful and flawless. Heritage has the best in-house operation I have ever seen and their people are not only professional but fun to work with, especially Steve C.

As for Heritage's online system… Yes the interface is more complex than what we are used to with SAN but what is behind that interface is amazing for sellers and buyers alike. It is real time and for a real serious auction buyer there is nothing better in the auction industry, bar none.
