    Description

    Harpers Ferry 1824 Flintlock Musket with Bayonet.
    Unserialized, .69 caliber, 40-inch barrel with fixed front sight. Blued finish. Left side of barrel with V / P / (eagle) proofs. Lock marked: HARPERS / FERRY / 1824 and (eagle) / US. W.B. stamped to left side of stock. Smooth walnut stock with three barrel bands, sling swivels and metal ramrod. Metal buttplate. 18-inch socket bayonet.

    Condition: Good. Finish primarily a dark grey patina with noticeable wear and pitting. Scattered scuffs, scratches and dings to wood. Some wood loss around lock and upper tang. Action good.
