    Gunsmith Made Unmarked Full Stocked Pennsylvania Percussion Rifle. Unserialized, .50 caliber, 34-inch octagonal barrel. Five German silver bands near the breech. Set trigger. Modestly engraved side plate. Brass trigger guard, patchbox, buttplate, toe plate, ramrod pipes and muzzle cap. German silver edelweiss and acorn decorative inlays. Faux tiger striped walnut stock. Maker attributed to Keith Casteel. Condition: Excellent. Barrel with a uniform plum brown patina with a few scattered areas of pinprick pitting. Small hairline crack on the stock between the breech and sideplate. Mechanically crisp. Bore slight dirty.
