    Winchester Third Model 1876 Lever Action Rifle. Serial no. 30922, .45-60 caliber, 28-inch octagonal barrel with brass blade front and buckhorn rear sights. Blued finish. Integral dust cover. Walnut stock with crescent buttplate.
    Condition: Very good. Barrel with blue primarily in protected areas, the balance a thin blue-brown patina. Receiver retains approximately 40-50% blue, thinning to brown and with scattered scratches. Edgewear and scattered patches of light frosting. Buttplate a steel gray patina. Stock is good with moderate wear throughout with scattered dents and bruises. Two initials on right side of buttstock. Small chip on each side of wrist at frame. Bore is good, distinct rifling but with wear and pitting.
