    Winchester Second Model 1876 Lever Action Rifle. Serial no. 59112. .45-75 Winchester caliber. 28-inch octagonal barrel with buckhorn style adjustable rear sight. Full length magazine. Straight grip stock of lightly figured walnut. Crescent buttplate. Condition: Good. Barrel shows 30-40% finish with balance fading to brown. Magazine tube shows 60-70% brown patina with balance a grey patina. Action shows 5-10% finish with balance a brown patina. Top tang shows area of pitting, pitting extends to areas on either side of the hammer. Stock shows nicks, scratches and impressions with some losses to the finish. Stock shows considerable black staining. Fore-end shows considerable wear to the finish with numerous marks present.
