Description
Winchester Model 94 Theodore Roosevelt Commemorative Lever Action Saddle Ring Carbine.Serial no. TR40548, .30-30 caliber, 20-inch octagonal barrel with elevation rear sight and fixed front sight. Blued barrel, lever and bolt; stainless steel frame, trigger, hammer, fore-end cap and curved buttplate. Right side of receiver with simple machine engraved decorative border; left side machine engraved "26TH PRESIDENT 1901-1909" on either side of an eagle and shield vignette. Right side of barrel marked "THEODORE ROOSEVELT COMMEMORATIVE". Facsimile Theodore Roosevelt signature on tang. Walnut stock and fore-end. Commemorative medallion inset on right side of stock.
Condition: Excellent. Retaining approximately 99% blue and displaying little sign of use. Excellent mechanical condition and with a bright bore.
