Description
Winchester Model 1894 Lever Action Saddle Ring Carbine. Serial no. 447677, .30 W.C.F. caliber, 20-inch round barrel with standard front sight and rear leaf sight. Blued finish. Saddle ring. Walnut stock and fore-end. Carbine butt. Manufactured in 1907.Condition: Good as refinished. Barrel retaining approximately 40-50% of an old reblue, the balance a thin blue-gray patina with scattered patches of fine pitting. Receiver with a thin gray-brown patina and wear to relief edges. Stock has been sanded and ill-fitting at receiver and upper tang. Action is good. Bore fair with heavy wear.
