Description
Winchester Model 1892 Lever Action Rifle.Serial no. 128663, .38-40 caliber, 24 1/4-inch octagonal barrel with fixed front sight and rear elevation sight. Blued and case-hardened finish. Smooth walnut straight stock and fore-end. Crescent metal buttplate. Manufactured in 1896.
Condition: Good. Finish primarily a mottled grey patina with noticeable signs of age, handling wear and surface rust. Scuffs, dings and bruising present to wood. Action functions. Lightly pitted bore.
