Description
Winchester Model 1892 Lever Action Rifle.Serial no. 588233, .25-20 W.C.F. caliber, 24-inch octagonal barrel with fixed front sight and folding rear sight. Blued and case-hardened finish. Crescent metal buttplate. Manufactured in 1911.
Provenance: The Don Otterson Collection.
Condition: Good. Finish primarily a smooth grey patina, with noticeable handling wear and pitting throughout. Scattered scuffs, scratches and dings to wood. Action good. Moderately pitted bore.
