    Description

    Winchester Model 1892 Lever Action Rifle.
    Serial no. 800675. .25-20 WCF caliber. 24 ½-inch round barrel with fixed front sight and rear elevation sights. Barrel marked with two-line manufacturer data and patent information. Blued barrel casehardened frame. Walnut stock with curved metal buttplate. Manufacture date 1915.

    Condition: Good. Retaining approximately 30-40% blue, the remainder worn thin in spots, especially at the muzzle and top of barrel and with an overall brown patina. Frame with a brown patina and worn at the high spots. Stock with light surface scratches. Bore dirty but rifling appears to be distinct. Excellent mechanical condition.
