    Description

    Winchester Model 1892 Lever Action Rifle. Serial No. 168424 [the 1 is badly struck and appears an L], .32 W.C.F. caliber, 24 1/4-inch octagonal barrel with German silver front blade sight and adjustable ramp rear sight. Walnut stock and fore-end. Crescent buttplate. Manufactured in 1899. With factory letter [according to factory, rifle was received in 1901]. Factory confirms rifle sent back for repairs. Condition: Excellent as refinished. Retaining approximately 98% finish with trivial pitting on the barrel and fore-end cap. Bore a bit dark with a few pits.
