Description
Winchester Model 1886 Lever Action Rifle.Serial no. 35241, .45-90 W.C.F. caliber, 26-inch round barrel with fixed front sight and rear elevation sight. Blued and case-hardened finish. Smooth walnut straight stock and fore-end. Metal buttplate. Manufactured in 1889. Property of a West Texas collector.
Condition: Very good. Finish primarily a smooth grey patina with scattered handling wear and patches of pitting. Sanded wood with a few minor scuffs and dings. Action good. Moderately pitted bore.
