    Winchester Model 1885 Low Wall Schuetzen Rifle.
    Serial no. 51349, 25 WCF, 26-inch round barrel with front globe sight. Adjustable tang sight present also. No. 2 barrel. Blued finish with case-hardened frame. Schuetzen stock. Manufactured in 1891. Cody Firearms Records Office search confirms in original shipping a rifle in 25/20, round barrel, #2 barrel, 26-inch barrel length, set trigger and Mid-Range Vernier and Beach sights.

    Condition. Very good to fine as configured. Retaining approximately 60-65% of a blue/brown finish on up barrel. Light bubbling present towards muzzle. 45-55% case colors on frame. Stocks with some mars and dings. Old revarnish present to wood. Schuetzen configuration possibly added at a later time. Mold present to wood and metal from storage. Some marred and replaced screws. Some frosting to nickel-finish. Action good. Bore ok.
