Description
Winchester Model 1873 Saddle Ring Carbine. Serial no. 378457B, .44 caliber, 20-inch round barrel with standard front and flip up ladder (marked 1873) rear sights. Blued finish. Saddle ring present. Oil-finished walnut stock with curved steel buttplate with storage compartment.Condition: Good. All metal surfaces showing signs of having been cleaned and polished. Scattered patches of fine pitting. Stock is fine and appears untouched with the raised grain still present. Bright bore showing some wear and very light pitting.
