Manufactured December, 1863.
Martially Marked Henry Lever Action Rifle. Serial no. 3721 [barrel, left side of lower tang, stock under upper tang, buttplate screws and buttplate], .44 rimfire caliber, 24 1/4-inch octagonal barrel with standard blade front and ladder rear sights. New Haven barrel address. Right side of frame marked: CC. Right side of barrel at breech marked: C.G.C. / C. Manufactured December, 1863.Condition: Very good to fine. Barrel with a smooth blue-gray patina, traces of blue in protected areas and scattered staining. Bright bore with light wear.
