Description
Marlin Model 39 Lever Action Rifle. Serial no. 11333, .22 caliber, 24-inch octagonal barrel with fixed front and adjustable elevator rear sights. Casehardened receiver and cocking lever, the rest blued. Walnut pistol grip stock and steel-capped fore-end. Marlin hard rubber buttplate. Take down knob on the right side of the receiver. Sling swivel hole drilled (and filled) on lower edge of butt. Condition: Very good. Retaining approximately 75-80% blue finish worn smooth at the edges. Casehardening remains strong. Stock with scattered light scratches and shallow dents. Crisp action. Bright bore.Auction Info
