Description
Colt-Burgess Lever Action Rifle. Serial no. 3942, .44 caliber, 25 1/2-inch octagonal barrel with German silver blade type front sight and elevation rear sight. Lever action. Varnished walnut stock and fore-end. Cleaning rod reservoir in butt. No rod present.Condition: Fair to good. Metal showing a mottled grey-brown patina with scattered wear, scratches and minor blemishes. Wood with wear and bruises. Fore-end with cracks and repairs on right side. Action good. Bore worn but clean.
