    Boxed Japanese Copy of a Hamilton Model 27 Tip-Up Single Shot Rifle. Serial no. 001358, .22 caliber, 17 1/4-inch brass-lined barrel with standard sights. Blued finish. Case-hardened breechblock and hammer. Top-break hinged action. Die-cut strap triggerguard. Varnished mahogany stock and fore-end. Made in Japan circa 1965. Condition: Good. Retaining approximately 80-85% finish with scattered spots of surface rust overall. Rear of frame with minor dents. Wood very good. Action functions. Box with old address label and writing present on lid. Lid with losses to lower right corner.
