    Special Order Ken Hurst Engraved Winchester Model 70 XTR FWT Short Action Bolt Action Rifle. Serial no. G1727017C, .243 caliber, 22-inch barrel. Blued finish. Extensive deep-relief scroll engraving to receiver, floorplate and triggerguard. Fine 24K gold-inlaid small North American game on back of receiver and floorplate. Receiver tapped for scope mounts. Engine turned bolt and follower. Highly figured Monte Carlo walnut stock with fine checkering on fore-end and pistolgrip. Rosewood fore-end and pistolgrip cap. 14K gold escutcheon with AJ initials on bottom of stock. Winchester marked recoil pad. Engraved by Ken Hurst, Firearms Engraving Co. Accompanied by Winchester Repeating Arms Co. special order and factory letter. Condition: Excellent. Retaining approximately 98-99% finish. Stock is excellent. Showing very light handling wear. Mirror bright bore.
