    Lot of Two French Model 1916 Infantry Rifles. Comprising: 1) St. Etienne Arsenal Model 1916 Bolt Action Rifle and Bayonet. Serial no. 66109, 8 x 50R caliber, 31 ¾-inch barrel with standard military sights. Blued; bolt in the white. Numbers not matching. Hardwood stock with two barrel bands, sling swivels, stacking rod and metal buttplate. Sold with a French Model 1886/93/16 cruciform bayonet and scabbard. 2) St. Etienne Arsenal Model 1916 Bolt Action Rifle and Bayonet. Serial no. 34541, 8 x 50R caliber, 31 ¾-inch barrel with standard military sights. Blued; bolt in the white. Numbers not matching. Hardwood stock with two barrel bands, sling swivels, stacking rod and metal buttplate.
    Condition: 1) Very good as refurbished. Retaining the majority of the new finish. Stock with modest wear from handling and storage. Mechanically sound with a dirty bore. 2) Good. Retaining approximately 60-75% thin finish, worn at the breech and muzzle. Stock worn with scratches and bruises; hand guard mismatched. Mechanically sound with a dirty, slightly pitted bore.
