    Fabrique Nationale Manufactured Israeli Mauser Model K98k Bolt Action Carbine Using an Early Receiver With Ethiopian Crest. Serial No. 13256 [original serial number 3128], 7.62 x 51 caliber [?], 23 1/2-inch barrel with standard military sights. Original bolt and receiver numbers matching. Ethiopian crest on the receiver ring and FN company information on the left sidewall. Large font 13256 stamped on the rear of the receiver. Military stock with grasping grooves and cupped buttplate. Leather military sling [see Robert W. D. Ball, Mauser Military Rifles of the World, fifth edition, page 244]. Condition: Very good. Retaining the majority of the military finish with modest wear on the bolt and relief edges. Stock with modest wear. Clean bore.
