    Cased, Engraved Winchester Model 70 Featherweight Ultra Grade Bolt Action Rifle.

    Serial no. UG211, .270 Win., 22-inch barrel, no sights. Blued finish with extensively engraving and gold inlaid accents to receiver, breech and muzzle. Floorplate engraved with Ram's head. Barrel marked: 1 of 1000 in gold inlay as we as the serial number UG 211. Finely checkered deluxe French walnut stock. Receiver engraved and signed by Bottega C. Giovanelli. Mahogany presentation case included and original shipping carton box, with foam insert and Winchester Ultra Grade with pamphlet. Note: This gun previously sold at Little Johns Auction Service on November 9-10th 2003. It is pictured on page 128 of Session II and III catalog. This auction featured various items from the Michael Wayne Estate, John Wayne's son. This gun has been with the buyer since 2003.

    Condition: Excellent to mint, showing light handling wear overall. Stock with minimal handling. Mahogany case with normal age wear. Bore excellent. Noticeable wear to outer boxes.
