    Cased Engraved American Masters Series Bolt Action Rifle with Telescopic Sight.
    Serial no. FEGA-1, .270 Winchester caliber, 24-inch barrel with scroll engraved fixed front sight and folding rear sight. Blued finish. Gilt accents at muzzle. Jeweled bolt. Elaborately scroll engraved receiver and triggerguard outlined in gold-plating. Engravers: M. Rabeno and W. Mains. H. Waldron metalsmith and E. Matsuoka stockmaker. Left side reads: AMERICAN MASTER SERIES in gilt. Scroll engraved floorplate with game scene accented in gilt. Checkered walnut pistolgrip stock with cheekpiece. Case-hardened metal grip cap with gold-plated NRA eagle crest. Scroll engraved case-hardened frame buttplate showing checkered end of butt stock. Leupold 2-7 VARI-X II telescopic sight in case-hardened scroll engraved ring mounts. Contained in leather wrapped Huey hard gun case, numbered 520, with green felt lining. Features a blank brass escutcheon on lid and a list of craftsmen involved in the project of this rifle. Sold along with scroll engraved tools and folding knife. Leupold 2x7 VARI-X II telescopic sight. Weight: 7 pounds, 8 ounces.
