    Australian Lithgow No. 1 Mk III SMLE Bolt Action Rifle. Serial no. 29000 [barrel, receiver and stock], .303 caliber, 25 1/2-inch barrel with standard military sights. Parkerized finish. Bolt and receiver numbers matching. Collar marked: MA / LITHGOW / S.M.L.E. / II* / 1942. Walnut stock with swivel sling mounts. Right side of stock marked: MA / LITHGOW / S.M.L.E. / III* / 1943. Buttplate with cleaning rod reservoir. No cleaning rod present. Import marked.
    Condition: Good. Retaining approximately 60-70% of a thinning finish with scattered wear and light patches of pitting. Wood showing scuffs, dents and bruises. Action is good. Lightly pitted bore.
