    Serial no. 4319. 9.5X57mm Mannlicher-Schoenauer. 24-inch barrel with ramped spear front sight and raised fixed rear sight with a folding leaf. Barrel marked: Watson Brothers, 29 Old Bond Street, London. Blued Mannlicher Schoenauer Model 1910 bolt action with flag safety. Rotating magazine. Two- stage single trigger. Takedown configuration with barrel separating from the stock. Locking pin on fore-end replaced by a screw. Checkered pistolgrip stock of straight-grain walnut. Cheekpiece. Horn gripcap. Silvers-type recoil pad. Sling swivels. Data: Pull: 14 1/4 inches. Proof: Birmingham, Nitro, 9.5mm EX, Cordite 43-270 max. Condition. Fine. Metal shows 90-95% blued finish. Bolt and bolt release show areas of fine pitting. Floorplate shows spotting. Excellent bright bore. Stock shows numerous nicks, scratches and impressions.
