New York..Ramped hooded spear front sight. Barrel band with sling eye. Blued Springfield action with flag safety. Engine turned bolt and magazine follower. Checkered bolt handle. Double stage trigger. Lyman 48 aperture sight. Finely checkered pistolgrip stock of contrasting semi-figured walnut. Ebony fore-end tip. Recoil bolt. Cheekpiece. Checkered buttplate with trap. Vacant silver oval. Blued grip cap. Sling eyes. Carl Zeiss Zilelklein telescopic sight on a Griffin & Howe single lever side mount.
    Condition: Excellent, showing slight wear and a refreshed butt.. Barrel shows 97-98% bluing with some very fine spotting. Excellent bore. Action shows 96-98% bluing. Floorplate, magazine cover and grip cap show 90-bluing. with wear and some slight spotting. Stock shows 90% finish with the butt showing a refreshed finish. Stock shows a number of light handling marks and a couple deep marks.
