Lot of Two J. Stevens Tip-Up Pistols.Comprising: 1.) J. Stevens Tip-Up Pistol. serial no. 55401, .22 caliber, 10-inch barrel with hooded front sight and adjustable rear sight. Blued finish. Smooth walnut grip panels. 2.) J. Stevens Tip-Up Pistol with Skeleton Shoulder Stock. Serial no. 911 [barrel, butt and shoulder stock], .25 caliber, 12-inch barrel with hooded front sight and fixed rear sight. Blued and nickel-plated finish. Smooth hardwood grips. 10-inch skeleton shoulder stock.
Condition: 1.) Good. Retaining approximately 30-40% finish, the balance a smooth grey patina with scattered wear and pitting. Scuffs and dings present to grips. Action needs adjustment. Moderately pitted bore. 2.) Good. Retaining approximately 30-40% finish with heavy wear and pitting. Scuffs and dings present to grips. Action needs adjustment. Pitted bore.
