    U.S. Colt Artillery Model Single Action Revolver. Serial no. 55898 [frame]; 136326 [gripstrap]; 136326 [butt]; 8379 [cylinder] .45 caliber, 5 1/2-inch barrel with single-line Hartford address. D.F.C. inspector stamp, HN (Henry Nettleton) inspector marked cylinder. Blued finish. Case-hardened hammer and frame. U.S. marked on left side of frame. One piece oil-finished walnut grips with faint inspector mark on lower right grip.
    Condition: Very good. Retaining approximately 50-60% finish mixed with grey-brown patina overall. Some light marks and pitting present on frame, loading gate and topstrap. Grips with wear and minor marks. Action tight and crisp.
