    Scarce Blued Remington Model 1875 Single Action Revolver. Serial no. 92 [inside left gripstrap], .44 caliber centerfire. 7 ½-inch barrel marked: E. Remington & Sons, Ilion, N.Y. U.S.A., with large wedge below. Case-hardened hammer. Scarce blued finish. Walnut grips. Lanyard ring. Factory manufactured between 30,000-40,000 examples manufactured between 1875-1888. Condition: Fine. Retaining approximately 30-40% finish mixed with dark brown age patina. Hammer retaining faded vibrant case-hardening. Light tracking line on cylinder. Grips refinished and showing minor wear and marks. Action excellent.
