    Remington New Model Army Single Action Revolver.

    Serial no. 69553 [base of barrel and frame under grips], .44 caliber, 6-inch octagonal barrel with fixed front sight and frame notch rear sight. Blued and case-hardened finish. Six-shot cylinder double stamped R. Brass triggerguard with an L. Smooth walnut grip panels. Faint cartouche to left panel.

    Condition: Very good. Retaining traces of finish, the balance a smooth grey patina with scattered areas of handling wear and patches of pitting. Some vibrant case colors remaining. Barrel has been shortened. Scuffs and scratches present to wood. Action good. Lightly pitted bore.
