    Description

    Manhattan Single Action Percussion Revolver. Serial no. 65060, .36 caliber, 5-inch octagonal barrel with Newark, NJ address and 1864 patent date. 5-shot cylinder with naval scene. Blued and case-hardened finish. Brass gripstrap and varnish walnut grips. Condition: Good as partially refinished. Barrel assembly retaining much of a later re-blue. Scattered patches of fine pitting. Loading lever and wedge screws marred. Cylinder with scattered light pitting. Frame screws marred. Brass with mellow age patina. Grips good to very good. Scattered dents with age wear. Action functions but needs adjustment or cleaning.
