    Manhattan "Navy Type" Percussion Pocket Revolver.
    Serial no. 4144 (all matching including wedge), .36 percussion caliber, 4-inch octagonal barrel, 5-shot cylinder with 5 oval panels. Barrel address reads: MANHATTAN FIRE ARMS MFG. CO. NEW YORK. Blued finish with case-hardened frame, hammer and lever. Brass gripstraps. One-piece varnished walnut grips.

    Condition: Very good. Traces of blue remain in protected areas, the balance a mottled gray-brown patina with scattered dents and scratches. Cylinder scene partially visible with strong patent date. Case colors now mostly a flat silver. Trigger guard and backstrap with mellow brass patina and some light nicks. Grips: Fine. Retaining approximately 40-50% varnish with high point edge wear and scattered dents. Action good.
