    Inscribed Brooklyn Arms Co. Pocket Revolver. Serial no. 1942, .32 caliber, 3-inch barrel. Brass frame with a nickel-plated finish and walnut grips. Separate chambers style. Top of barrel marked: B.A. CO. PATENTED APRIL 14, 1863. Decorative scroll engraving on frame and top of backstrap. Backstrap inscribed: [? Mc C]. Inscription has not been researched. According to Flayderman's over 10,000 were made between 1863 and 1864. Property from the Estate of John R. Eckel, Sr.

    Condition: Good to very good. Retaining approximately 70-80% finish with fine scratches and some dings. Grips good with dings and scratches. Action good. Bore dark.
