    Description

    Factory Engraved Colt Single Action Army Revolver.
    Serial no. 213497, .38-40 caliber, 4 3/4-inch barrel with two-line address. Nickel-plated finish with ivory grips (later replacements). Factory scroll engraving throughout. Sold with Colt Factory letter confirming configuration (stocks not listed). Gun was shipped to E.K. Tryon and Company, Phila. Aug. 23 1901.

    Condition: Good to very good as refinished. Retaining approximately 60-65% re-nickeled finish with balance flaking. Scattered pitting throughout. Grips very good with added Colt medallions at a later time. Action very good.. Dark bore, some pitting.
