Exceptional and Rare Boxed Long-Fluted Colt Single Action Revolver together with Factory Letter. Serial no. 330365, .41 caliber, 4 3/4-inch barrel with two-line Hartford address. Blued finish. Rare long-fluted cylinder. Case-hardened hammer and frame. Rampant Colt hard rubber grips. Contained in original dark blue pasteboard box with light blue end label reading: 4 3/4 Colt's Army S.A. Revolver/Rubber Blue. Colt Cartridge .41. Sold together with Colt factory letter confirming configuration and shipment to Simmons Hardware Co., St. Louis, Missouri, November 12, 1913, in a shipment of 5 guns. Letter specifically states that revolver left the factory with a long-fluted cylinder. One of the finest long-fluted Colt single action revolvers in existence. Requires FFL registration. Condition: Revolver: Mint; Box showing wear, fading, tape repairs and minor losses to edges of lid.
