    Colt Single Action Frontier Six-Shooter with Slim Jim Holster. Serial no. 269953, .44 caliber, 7 1/2-inch barrel with single-line Hartford address and roll-stamped legend reading COLT FRONTIER-SIX SHOOTER. Blued and case-hardened finish. 3-date, 2-line patent. Hard rubber eagle grips. Sold together with brown leather "Slim Jim" holster with modified flap and simple straight belt loop. Flap retained with copper rivet. Manufactured 1905. Condition: Good. Blue primarily in protected areas, the balance a mottled blue-gray patina with scattered patches of fine pitting. Grips with heavy, even wear. Bright bore with scattered patches of moderate pitting. Action tight. Holster is good to very good as modified. Belt loop and flap are period repairs. Flap stud absent. Some crackling to flap.
