    Description

    Colt Single Action Army Revolver. Serial no. 78760 [frame] and 90284 [triggerguard and butt], .45 caliber, 5 1/2-inch barrel with fixed front blade sight. Nickel-plated finish. Three-line, three-date patent. Triggerbow marked .45 CAL. Mother-of-pearl grips. Manufactured in 1882. From the estate of Houston collector Brent Burg. Condition: Very good as refinished. Retaining approximately 85-90% finish with scattered wear, pitting and flaking at the relief edges. Grips with light wear and cracks. Replacement grip screw to long. Action crisp. Bore is good with moderate pitting.
