    Description

    Colt Single Action Army Revolver. Serial no. 274529, .38 W.C.F. caliber, 5 1/2-inch barrel with single line Hartford address. Blued and case-hardened finish. 2-line, 3-date patent. Checkered hard rubber grips which are scratch numbered to the gun. Manufactured in 1902. From the estate of Houston collector Brent Burg. Condition: Fair to good. Only fine traces of blue remain in protected areas, the balance a thin gray-brown patina with scattered patches of fine pitting. Possible touch up on the barrel. Traces of case colors. Cylinder pin a replacement. Grips are very good with scattered light scratches and light soiling. Action crisp. Fair bore with patches of moderate pitting.
