    Colt Single Action Army Revolver Marked with Cattle Brand and Gunbelt. Serial no. 171871, .45 caliber, 4 3/4-inch barrel with 2-line Hartford address. Nickel-plated finish. Checkered hard rubber grips with cattle brand carved into left panel. Appears to be HP or HO. Sold together with brown leather gunbelt and holster. Belt with whipped rawhide border and square buckle. 38 cartridge loops. Buscadero style Mexican loop holster lightly border tooled. Condition: Very good as refinished. Retaining approximately 80-85% of an old re-nickel which has turned milky. Scattered patches of fine pitting on cylinder and frame. Fair bore with moderate pitting. Action tight. Manufactured 1897. Gunbelt is fair with very heavy age wear. Tears to belt above holster. Heavy crackling and signs of red rot to holster leather.
