    Description

    Colt Model 1860 Army Revolver. Serial no. 10028 [barrel, frame, triggerguard and butt], .44 caliber, 8-inch barrel with single-line Hartford address and front fixed sight. Blued finish. Case-hardened frame, hammer and lever. Brass triggerguard. One piece walnut grips. Cartouche obscured on right grip panel. Manufactured in 1861.
    Condition: Very good. Finish a smooth grey age patina with scattered wear and fine to moderate patches of pitting. Grips showing scuffs, dings and minor wood loss to each base. Action good.
