    Description

    Colt Model 1860 Army Percussion Revolver. Serial no. 29989 [barrel, frame, triggerguard and butt], .44 caliber, 8-inch barrel with fixed front sight and single-line New York address. Blued finish. Brass triggerguard. Four screw frame. Varnished walnut grips. Manufactured in 1862.
    Condition: Good. Finish primarily a smooth grey age patina with wear, dings and fine patches of pitting. Some marring to screws. Grips with scuffs and scratches. Noticeable wood loss to corners of each panel and period carved lanyard ring through base of grip panels. Action is good. Bore has some pitting.
