    Colt Model 1851 Navy Mason-Richards Conversion Single Action Revolver. Serial no. 1876, .38 caliber rimfire, 7 1/2-inch octagonal barrel with one line New York address. Barrel without lug cutouts. Mason type ejector with concentric rings on crescent button. Brass gripstrap and triggerguard. Blued hammer and trigger. Varnished walnut grips. Condition: Very good. Metal a dull gray patina throughout with traces of blue only in protected areas. Light pitting at muzzle and on lug. Traces of case colors. Mellow patina to brass with dents at butt. Good cylinder scene. Traces of varnish to grips, left grip panel with hairline crack top to bottom. Action crisp.
