    Colt Model 1849 Conversion Pocket Revolver. Serial no. 325964[all matching including arbor], .38 centerfire caliber, 3 1/2-inch barrel with brass bead front sight. Blued finish. Brass triggerguard and gripstrap. Varnished walnut grips. Sold together with tooled brown leather holster. Condition: Very good as refinished. Retaining approximately 85-95% of a nice re-bluing. No visible address. Frame pins for barrel lug are absent. Mellow patina to brass. Grips good with notches, dents and a later revarnish. Action functions. Holster very good. This revolver manufactured c1872 as a cartridge firing gun.
