    Colt 1851 Navy Conversion Single Action Revolver.
    Serial no. 3037 [barrel, frame, triggerguard and cylinder], .38 RF caliber, 4 7/8-inch barrel with one-line New York address. Left side of frame with 2 line patent dates. Walnut grips. Note: According to Flayderman's, 1851 Navy conversion where the same method of alteration as the Richards-Mason Model 1860 Army revolvers, see 5B-121.

    Condition: Fair to good as configured. Gun mostly a mottled gray patina with pitting throughout. Barrel shortened. Grip with heavy wear, mars and dents. Parts of metal appear to have been cleaned heavily and machined. Action good. Bore dark.
