    Cased Colt 1851 Navy Model Single Action Revolver.
    Serial no. 198958 [barrel, frame, triggerguard and butt], .36 caliber, 7 1/2-inch octagonal barrel with fixed front sight. Blued finish. .36 CAL. stamped to left side of brass triggerguard. Smooth walnut grip panels. Contained in custom display case with crossed rifles and bugle beltplate and plaque noting that the 1851 Colt Navy was the favorite of Wild Bill Hickok.

    Condition: Very good. Finish primarily a grey age patina with noticeable signs of wear and patches of pitting. Scuffs and dings present to grips, some minor wood loss to corner of left panel. Action good. Moderately pitted bore. Normal age and storage wear to case.
